Fall Classes: All evening boot camp classes and morning exercise classes begin on the Tuesday after Labor Day and run until the last Thursday before Memorial Day weekend.
Wytheville - Rise & Shine Low Impact Aerobic Class: Time: 6:00-7:00 AM, Monday & Wednesday mornings. Get ready to wake up and “Get your sweat on!”. Components of fitness include cardiovascular, muscular endurance and strength training, teaching proper balancing and breathing techniques. Learn how to use your own body’s resistance, in addition to hand weights, stability balls, and resistance bands. *Warning please come to class hydrated and be mentally alert to have fun while you burn those calories. Bring your own 2-5 pound hand weights.
Wytheville Fall - Boot Camp: Class Time 6:30-7:30 PM, Tuesday & Thursday nights.
High intensity training is for the female who is ready for the ultimate challenge. This class is based on high intensity and short interval training for a higher caloric expenditure. This program will focus on core training in addtion to teaching the concepts of body plyometrics, free weight training and breathing techniques, and stability ball and resistance bands training. *Warning please come to class hydrated and mentally alert and be ready to sweat.
